@northblocks : On this documentary i watched, two of the destiny's child members fired beyonce's father as their manager, but still wanted to become part of the group. But eventually they left, and were replaced with Michelle and that other girl. But since they were new, they didn't have enough time to learn the proper choreography for this mv. So the director had this idea that whenever he said the word 'BAM' they girls would have to do a pose.
