  • @MJB2014 I pop the clutch in 1st and shift my weight back as I pull up

  • I have a350 warrior and its crazy heavy any trick for wheelies

  • are warriors 1 down 5 up?

  • Nice ink bro

  • is wheeling with a quad easier than wheeling with a motorcycle?

  • @AndreTeckTuga easier if your flip back one a bike the plastic can get screwed up bad you just hit the grab bar on a 4 wheeler

  • are u usin the clutch wen u shift

  • It's been two years now since I posted this video and it's still getting comments.

The Warrior maybe gets rode once every two weeks. The Raptor is my baby now!

So I'd like to say thanks to everyone that has watched and commented.

    Ride safe everyone, Max

  • try accelerating

  • warriors are smaller than the raptor 660 but yet u have just as much fun NO MATER WHAT!

  • i got same fourwheeler same year and they beastly

  • 2001 yamaha warriors rip!! do they rreally need performance upgrades, because they already fly!

  • shit not bad one handed and holding a camera!

  • I guess you ain't pressing your clutch while shifting gears... is this how they usually do it ??

  • Damn... I tried this on my Raptor 700 standing... I was about to pop fourth gear but I said to myself fuck it ! you're going way too fast ! Hands down to all the crazy people out there doing it in 5th gear ! I simply can't...

  • dont use the clutch when u shift doin a wheelie

  • i've hit 5th gear but when i hit 6th it didnt have the torwue and dropped down

  • do warriors have clutches?

  • derrr

  • @DMoneyfilms96 yes they do

  • @DMoneyfilms96 yaaa

  • I'm running n 87 warriior, I've made it to fourth wheelie shifting once but i usually only get to third.

  • are you shifting without a clutch?

  • good job but if you used the clutch it wouldnt stall

  • lol nice dry shifting

  • Comment removed

  • Nice try man its pretty hard i got too 5th once and neva was able 2 do it again hahaha

  • i guess its kinda hard to do with a camera in your hand.....lol. good vid!

  • thats a bitch sometimes

  • i can do 6th gear on my blasterr i was suprised

  • on my warrior my freind can go into 6th gear from first down the road and hold it for half a mile

  • not much control... i can go from first to fifth back to first on my 01 660

  • That's awesome!

  • @speedemon861 hahahaah if that pos starter clutch doesnt kick back and destroy itself which if it hasnt then it will happen

  • @jfkyz125 hasnt happened in the 4 years ive owned it.

  • @speedemon861 nock on wood cause the pre 2004 660 shitters are well shit damb pos i hated that thing for every 2 hours of riding thier was 10 hours fixin glad i sold and got the yfz 450

  • @jfkyz125 what took you 10 hours to fix? can pretty much rebuild the whole thing in 10 hours. and you should also knock on wood with that 450. they make a mess when they blow up... and they do blow up.

  • @speedemon861 hahaah when fucking idiots think just cause its a four stroke itl run for ever. I dont think that i actually do maintanance on mine every 60 hours new topend replaced those shit titanium valves with steel ones. So your telling me you can pull the motor split the case replace the 3rd and 5th gear put all that back together and then put it back on the quad and have it running under 10 hours

  • is he usin the clutch or not

  • this guy sounds like a homo lmao listen to his laugh

  • well u cant say anything hes doing this with one hand on the throttle and one on the camera thats pretty impresive to me

  • id like to have a good runnin warrior . . . i had one exactly like yours . . . but sum kid had it before me and ragged the hell outta it . . . and the one i got now is old n wore out . . . has no power now . . . and i can get to 5th on it . . . jus when u bring it up . . . dont do any agressive movements hard braking or shifting . . makes it a hell of a lot easier

  • I'd like to see that.

  • goin to slow, and u need i foot in grab bar, and if you have to power shift

  • dude you just flat out fuckin suck just die already!

  • oh shit he cant ride a wheelie while holding camera through 6th gear..he must fucking suck......maby we should use this theory for the guys in the AMA's

  • you can die too

  • dude ive got fith on my 87 its all bout the rider. but sounds like you should set your idle up a little higher for wheelies or give it more gas also be sure your tires are even pressure and your chains snug to 1/2 inch slack then you should be able to hold them for ever and get to higher gears

  • put ur airbox lid back on, drill holes in it for better breathing. the way its designed, the lid pinched the filter to the box and thus pinches the foam gasket so there is no raw air leaking into the engine. peace

  • It dosent work that way anymore, it's not stock. It's all aftermarket, totally sealed with hose clamps. Thanks for the comment.

  • how do you get these things on 2wheels? i really have to yank and pull on mine to get it up at all. what mods do you have? mine is bone stock

  • You can pull it up with a stock bike. Just pop the clutch.

    Thanks for watching!

  • bone stock is easy to pick up wheelies to

get a rolling start in first, shitf to second, give it gas and pop the clutch

    thats what worked for my

  • ur a fag uh haha

  • my buddy has a 2000 warrior its modded, hes been told its the best looking warrior on youtube, he can go through every gear on it and still keep going

  • Got mine into Fifth. Then all the gas drained out of the carb and it stalled and my ass flew over the bars. lol

  • try to ride the gears out and shifting

not just shifting and it bogging out

  • i thought you were gonna dump it at 2:52

  • i can keep mine up till 4th and that's bout it

  • i got mine to fith but then it just went down

  • that's bout the same cause i changed my sproket and i think it's almost like changing every gear up so bout the same but it got easier when i changed it so u prob got me on this one lol i can wheelie a honda like nododies buisness they have such light front ends

  • ya i got everything stock on my warrior except i got a procom high performance cdi box

  • yeah its mainly the position of the engine my 250x's engine is like 6 inches farther back then my warriorz

  • ive hit 6th on my buddies craptor 350 i ride a full built warrior... the ONLY 350

  • hey im puttin a fmf jet kit in my warrior and i will have to take the airbox lid off,but i ride in water and mud,and sand alot what kan i do.please help!!!!!

  • switch out the stock filter for an aftermarket one that repels water and stufff, theres lots of brands out there just do a little lookin.

  • get a k&n air box lid

  • dude you fucking suck i have a 2001 warrior and id blow you away!!!!!!

  • hes got one hand on the handle bars and the camera in the other hand. show me if u can do the same cocksucker.

  • fuck you pussy you don't know shot. that wasn't even me who left that comment it was my friend. i have a raptor not a warrio anyway. besides he isn't even shifting at the right time so fuck this vid and fuck you.

  • i dont know shot? and then i guess u cud say i left that comment to your fucked up friend. and like i said show me if u can do this with a camera in your hand and shift at the right time and ill rest my case. fuck you and your friend is more like it

  • hes not even using the clutch he has a camera in his hands douche and lets see u do it without the camera

  • it doesn't matter he is still not getting enough rpms to keep it going. my friend left that comment anyway so fuck off bitch. you probly don't even know how to ride.

  • You need to get more RPM and speed before you shift...

  • ur problem is ur goin to slow i have a blaster and i can get to 5th you need to go a little faster for the high gears

  • Yeah but i'm scared...LOL

    Thanks for watching.

  • dude its a warrior u gotta real rev them gears out the thing is a dog ive gotta 5th before never got 6th tho i dont even know if anyones done it it took me forever 2 get 5th

  • dude i subscribed sweet vid. what does the gear pattern go like.

  • 1 Down 5 Up

    Thanks for Subscribing!

  • whats the best name brand pipe to get for a warrior?

  • White Brothers E Series has been good for me.

    Thanks for watching!

  • A-men to that bro...My 2000 Model warrior has one...Gawd its Awesome...but mine doesnt pop up like urs... i put my foot back...but with that i get to 3rd... once to 4th but it laid down...Nice Vid!

  • first off i had a warrior for like 8 years had dg slip on jet kit k&n basics and its just a heavy machine with not enough balls once u learn the balance point on it its no problem u can ride the wheelie from 1st to 5th 6th is tuff but u really gotta ride each gear out so the revs are up when u shift up that way it dont bog and come down on u

  • ive gotten through 4th gear with my warrior and it set down when i shifted into 5th but i have a 10t front sprocket so more low end but less top end

  • if he got a helmet cam and he used the clutch i bet he could get all the gears... ive tried to see how many gears i can get and i can only get to 3rd and im using the clutch everytime i shift to 4th it goes down

  • dud 1 handed wheelis last prety good

  • Thanks man

  • my warrior that i have (its in my vids) fmf titanium4 pipe i can pull the wheels off the ground in 4th gear no problem

  • Nice wheelies. you gotta keep the engine revved up though so it doesnt turn off or bog down

you can actually pull a wheelie on third gear on a warrior.

iv'e done it before on a stock one.

  • No shit it has horrible throttle response its carburated jackass.

Its not getting any gas. They all do it.

  • it dosnt mess it up but your supposed to have hi rpms its called power shifitng

  • no, power shifting is when you dont clutch

  • i thought power shifting is when u dont let off the gas when u shift while using the clutch so u get wicked high rpms when u dump the clutch in the next gear?

  • No power shifting is when you dont use the clutch, if you didnt let off the gas when you shifted, first of all you would be hittin the rev limiter and second of all when you did let go of the clutch the machine would fly back because of all the power it was just making and there is a good chance you might fall off and/or you are going to bend your grab bad and depending on what kind of exhaust you have on it, pro circut for example you might fuck that up when the grab bar bends(pipe is out far)

  • nice 1 hand wheelie max. ad my 350 for 5yrs can"t do that good with 2 hands.

  • Sorry this responce is so late but thanks a lot. It is kind of crazy one hand wheelieing.

  • wow, that has a crappy throttle response

  • its a vid chill they have pretty good throttle response and yea ive ridden other quads besides a warrior

  • dont it mess up the 4 wheeler if you change gears without holding in the clutch

  • Well, I guess if there's a clutch it's probably there for a good reason. I hear people say it's all right to jam gears but me myself don't. So I just go a head and use it.

Thanks for watching. Don't forget to subscribe!

  • Preety dam good wheelie thought for one handed

  • start out on the 2nd gear and work your way out and dont be scard to go fast i hit about 60 on my warrior same year and all i have is a new pipe sleve

  • LOL

  • warriors suck i had one and hated it

  • I'm 14 and i can do a wheelie for 2 miles on my warrior it's stock...You need someone next to you with the camera it would be alot easier =)You don't have to use the clutch eaither.

  • you know i bet that if he were like everybody else and have a buddy film next to him on another quad while he actually used the clutch and gave it gas,i dont think it would stall

  • powershiftin works for me

  • heh heh he ya i once had the bad experience of bein on a warrior with the grab bar scraping the ground at at least 30 headed straight for a fence, luckily i nailed the ultra powerful back brake those things come with just in time!

  • Hehe, thanks for watching.

  • man when you are doing a wheelie and you shift do you press the clutch in or just shift without cluth?? thats my problem i cant shift to 2nd, sometimes my 660 raptor turns off, is it the carb??? resp....

  • When I shift I use the clutch. I bring the wheelie back a little bit more then usual and pull the clutch in and by that time I shift I'm on the throttle and it's pulling back up. You have to be quick and timing is key.

  • Carburetors aren't made to be at the angle there in when riding wheelies so you're probably starving it of gas or like the comment below from redneck40 that says maybe the jets are sucking air. Probably why your "660 raptor turns off". I have to keep revving my throttle all the time to keep it going, it's a pain but it works.

    Thanks for watching!

  • im thinking of getting the same atv and i was wondering how tall you were because i dont want to buy the thing and then gro out of it and do you fit on it good or is it to small

  • I'm 5' 9" and the quad seems fine to me.

I think it all has to do with how you handle it, (throw it around, body English).

My Raptor is a lot bigger then my Warrior so I really have to throw that around pretty good if I'm into the throttle hard.

But I like both of them and I just have to ride a little different on one then the other. Depends on what you have.

    Hope this helped.

O' yeah my Grizzly is a Cadillac compared to the other two, it drives itself.

    Thanks for watching!

  • it would help but the problem would not go away. and if you get bigger jets you have to change otherthings as well, a new pipe will be needed as well as a better than stock filter. as for angeling the the carb i dont know about that, you would have to get custom mounting points for the block and air box, f anything, i would make a shorter bowl so the gas aint got much room to move around. also if you have a very full tank it wont spit or sputter

  • I have all those mods already.

You have me thinking. I'll get back to you on this.

The Warriors taking a back seat to the Raptor now a day's....

So I'll have to get going on that, soon!

Thanks for all your input, it's much appreciated.

  • ya get er runnin good, the warrior is probly the easiest to mod fourwheeler there is, when i first got mine i was out of cash so i just poked holes in the airbox and muffler and u could feel the power boost, now of course a pipe and intake did a lot more once i got them but it just goes to show how easy it is to get more power out of them, btw once u get er souped up post more vids! (ill post mine as soon as i find that damn thing to hook my camcorder to the computer!)

  • is this a 2 stroke or 4 stroke? i kinda need to know asap cuz im thinkin bout gettin one soon. if anyone knows please tell me.

  • It's a four stroke. The two strokes are the Yamaha Blaster and Banshee.

  • dude if you dont want to spen 100 bucks 2 twice a year id get a four stroke

  • You obviosly donn't know about your newer four strokes

  • 4 stroke

  • Yes, four stroke. Check the oil and gooooo!

  • were you poping the clutch to get it up.o yeah and i have the same problem keeping it running in a wheelie any suggestions.

  • Yeah I slip the clutch a little. Most of it is body movement thou.

Try turning the fuel valve in between off and on position. When you're in a wheelie the carb wants to flood so less gas might help.

I've been meaning to jet my carb down to see if that will make it run better but I've been busy riding the new machine.

So the Warrior will be a full time stunting quad when I get to it.

Thanks for watching, hope this helps.

  • Thanks man.....

  • not trying to sound like a smart ass but when you are in a wheelie its not your carb thats backing up, its your main jet, its the jet in your float bowl, when you are in a wheelie the jet is not exposed to any fuel so the jet is just sucking air in and your carb runs out of fuel thats why when you do come out of it you have to give it more gas to keep it running, i have found that feathering the throttle is best, keep your 4 wheeler moving up and down so the jet can get fuel and it wont die.

  • thats true, plus the warrior is a front heavy machine, so feathering the throttle is usually neccesary once you find the balance point, oh and if u ride it up onto the grab bar fuel will leak, so try not to tip it

  • lol right on dude....u ride safe to

  • got to give u ur probs...wheelie, video wow im impressed....i also have a warrior and u just gave me a bad idea...lol

  • hey is there any simple things i can do to make a warrior go faster im gettin one this week all i can think of is sprocket without big money. and were u clutching as you shifted?

  • Sprockets a good start. K&N air filter will open it up a little to.

Yeah I was useing the clutch to shift.

    Thanks for the comment!

  • nice mann respect ;]

  • Thanks!
