Good gracious...there's nothing funny about this after you've lived in Taiwan for ten years like me! That's why I limit listening to ICRT to Sunday mornings or Geena Lee's show because I want to avoid "ENGLISH LESSON" times DAmN!
They're not even teaching English. the text in the top corner says 'american'. A lot of Taiwanese don't know that English comes from England.
