Toshiba is a piece of crap. I was sold this Toshiba Satellite L350 by Staples Business Depot.Within a few days of purchase there was a large piece of glue between the display screen and the clear plastic cover.This machine is not a year old:there are now 6 pieces of glue between the display and the clear plastic cover.I called Toshiba customer service and was cut off 4 times.These companies are criminals selling crap for profit margin.The best we can do is not buy from Toshiba or its associates.
7/10 laptop. I got mine for $350. It CAN run Crysis Warhead in DX9 mode with 5-20 fps on ALL low with some console tweaks done. Other games like Half-Life 2, Garry's Mod, Left 4 Dead run great on this (but not l4d so much, 30fps on low, less on other settings). Only major flaw is the battery life. It's like an hour or less. Not enough time for me to get enough gaming on-the-go. I got an extended cap battery pack which kinda helps, but I had to pay the extra $35 to get it from a friend.

@ultramasterman It's just your laptop. Im on the exact same laptop right now, and it takes only around a minute or so to start up. I don't get the mouse problems or anything. Probably a virus or mobo/hardware malfunction.
I have one similar to yours and i have no problems what so ever. People complaining about lag in games: It is not a gaming laptop. My battery life has dwindled a lot only because i keep min plugged in all the time even when it is fully charged. Do not do that it will kill your battery
Just Got this laptop, It Randomly Shuts off, the sound Card isn't compatible with Adobe Premier or adobe Audition and For Some reason it doesn't allow me to the internet to upload any videos or pictures to theinternet i would say i wasted my money

It's an ok Computer. I know B'cuz i have the same one. Just put Windows 7 onto it and the Graphics Card isn't compatible. Watevz tho. Not the best computer for trying to play games on but it'll do for the money i had. Bought mine for $600. Gets really HOT so that's a problem. Good and cheap to be taking around. It's served me well for about a year now and i've learned alot about computers by just having it. I'll be purchasing a Desktop Computer next but I'll never forget my first computer. ^_^b
i have the a215 sp6806 with windows 7 and its much better than vista in every single spec even the battery is now 2.:05 hours of life better than the 50 minutes with vista, also the power brick is warm, with vista its was on fire XD

no, sry. there is a up and coming gaming service called onlive. they haven't launched yet but when they do you are supposed to be able to play games on low power and mid-range pc's. if the service is any good you would then be able to play games like crysis.

i got the same exact laptop only thing i think could be better is the things to play video games. wasted 60$ on crysis and i ended up not being able to play it.
It seems as though you're right for the wrong reason. You can't upgrade this graphics card because it's integrated, but select Dell Inspirons and other gaming notebooks do have interchangeable graphics cards.
I have the A215-4057, the difference is this is not so shining as yours, think yours looks wonderful; Mine came with 1gb RAM and i upgrade to 2.5gb and now its running incredible.
My mom's friend has that same notebook.

@aarongabbard the upload problem has to do with your network or your router, you might want to look into that.

Toshiba came out with a MUCH better update than this one, and its the same name, but you can upgrade almost anything in this version. I have it.
