  • u gotta keep the other hand up while punching bruv. and always come back to ur guard after the punch! And try to get looser while punching too, ur lookin a bit stiff.

  • try 20mm Gravel ! your wrists wont strenghten with dried peas or your sloppy technique . try wing chun punches on this thing & youll realise haymaker punches are slow and powerless..

  • i hear you but were would the "jabbing arm" be? also if you pull back to your face you have equal load up power on both hands when you use the torque of your hips.

  • @darktim99 you should have to load any of your punches by pulling back your guard. your left should only be loaded from the jab. right now if somebody slip your right lead jab, you will surely eat a right cross. not very tastey

  • tiger balm or dit do jow bro. either one. get a few different kinds as you may find one will be better for you then others. on days were your hands are a mess were woolen gloves. just helps your skin.

  • hi bro! yeah man they're not that bad. ive gotten to the stage were i m sure i break bone when i hit. that was the goal and i think im there. the wall looks battered now lol

  • you really good with the bag man just a few tips rember keep your hands close to your face at all times never let them down also rember when hiting the bag dont go by power go by speed trust me. if you like kik boxing i can show you some demos that might help. keep making more videos and i can check your progress if you want me to.

  • u know im a big fan, my only advice is when u start in southpaw u r pulling ur rite hand away from ur chin as u jab. Keep it glued there!! Other than that its great. Would like to see a few elbows at that range maybe. Keep up the training!

  • yeah the jab from the south paw aint an issue now. since this vid i've worked more out of the southpaw/right lead. to be honest when im sparring the chin is down, shoulders are up and its not a prob. elbows? my favs. thing is that wall is ready to fall through. working out on it you can see it buckle and move.

  • you have NO idea man. well i cant use elbows, knees, kicks OR hooks on it as i thinkafter say 5-6 good hits its coming down. so im going to rebuild it. stick some iron rods in there to tuffen it up. i like your hand speed on your vid. how long you been training? you ever used a wall bag that way i am?

  • Well boxed from 2000 - 2006, then just sort of drifted in & out of the gym. Cant train 2 intense now without picking up colds & viruses. Been doing Tai Chi for bout a year & a half & cant recommend it enough, it improves any fighters game. Def going to get a wall bag they look so much fun. Great for accuracy & "letting shots go".

  • hey man! thanks for your comment. these wall bags are ace. as small area you have to focus your hits. if not, like you said its a brick wall! filled solid with dry peas. you wont believe how a couple of months on one will increase your power massively! the wall is starting to fall down now due to the hits. look in to them!

  • Nice jabs DT, but one miss of that bag and WHAMMMMM/CRUNCHHHHH!,there goes your whole fist! I used to do that on the chain-link fence at tha park as a warm-up/cool-down. Talk about tiring,that works a nice sweat. Good vid tho.

  • thank you my man. yeah i do 10 sets, 2 speed, 2 power and 2 technique. repeat it 3 times and on the last one bring it all together. check my other vids see what you think. of a similar style. but filming more as we speak.

  • thanks M.ren. lol i cant if i did that wall would got through its nearly ready to go now and all i've done is been doing upper body. it bows and rocks if i do anything over jab power. but i Am going to be filming some kicking stuff this weekend on kick shields. and doing some grappling.
