I don't know if you "Climate change doubters" read the AP review of the Emails that were stolen - they concluded that there was no falsifying of data evident in any of the emails- it was simply the normal informal e-mail banter between scientists "privately" reviewing data and processing it's presentation. You guys are guilty of misleading people to think that the data is falsified. You are trying to bring about your own agenda through deception.
We need to emit more CO2 and warm this place up! The official low was -24 degrees Fahrenheit the other morning which is well below average. Global Warming is a proven scam. There is no need for a Copenhagen climate conference other than to disband.
Our organization, ACCCE, believes that the U.S. can help cut Chinese emissions. Recently, President Obama announced that the U.S. will be partnering with the Chinese government to help reduce Chinas carbon dioxide emissions through technologies such as carbon capture and sequestration. By developing clean coal technology here in the U.S. and helping to deploy it around the world, we can meet our global emissions reduction goals while creating green jobs and a robust clean energy industry.
"Today, Americans produce four times more carbon dioxide per person than the Chinese. President Obama supports a U.S. reduction of its current emissions by almost 20 percent by 2020. If China implements its Copenhagen commitment and the United States implements President Obamas target, U.S. per capita emissions would still be double those of China in 2020. It is dishonest to use China as an excuse for the United States not to take action."
China is spending hundreds of billions USD on wind, solar, and nuclear development. It's doing its part to reverse global warming. In just three years, China has become the largest wind market on earth, and China solar companies lead in market growth (stock tickers: STP, LDK, YGE, JASO, SOLF, TSL), I think it's no surprise they will become the largest solar market in short time.
Developed countries created global warming through a century of industrialization, they should pay for the mess.
is it "global warming" or "climate change"...i'm confused?
What was responsible for the climate shifts when humans were not around...you, know...the temperature changes that were ALOT more drastic than todays?
Does it matter if you are confused? Just as long as the majority of scientists are not confused, I think we are fine.
Surely now that humans are around, you don't think we humans will be able to survive such drastic changes? The projected 2C change will already wipe out millions of people. I'm for anything that keeps the human species alive!
