@changness1 我用煙三文魚, 很乾淨因是包裝, 至於做飯糰用的三文魚, 也是急凍包裝的, 我用pan 煎熟, 應該不會有細菌.

至於其它地方, 直接買回來就直接切, 最好先洗淨, 用pan 煎熟透, 因天氣關係, 要小心細菌才好. 希望能幫到你.
