hmm...all this is interesting and so far has made sense, however he mixed up the way time works. If a craft was traveling at a high velocity the beings in the craft would see everything else in fast-forward. Beings on Earth for example would see the beings in the craft more or less in slow motion. Remember time is RELATIVE...good stuff though...the government should stop hiding stuff so physicist could work on stuff that isn't already "SECRETLY" known.

A fly for instance sees us as slow moving objects (which is why it's so difficult to swat them), whereas a snail views us as fast moving objects.
