  • ya the guy that invented spray paint was european but montana and ironlak are american

  • @UREoneIRS Ironlak is fuckin Australian you dumb cunt

the guy that talked about sharing cultures is true.. the world is one now with the internet and everything, look how easy i can point u out as an idiot UREoneIRS.....

americans straight up robbed dubstep, but a good few years after it got going.

American culture is a joke, and graffiti is not, and never will be american. its a global thing, always has been.

  • @sativasteve420 and i give a shit about what you think why ?

  • shot the fuck up mate

  • people cleaning it off cant complain, they wouldnt have a job without graff

  • 'they just paint these walls like pansy's'. its all bout the trains.!

  • @vibble83

hang on i have seen walls by fume, zom, teach, cos, take, steas, keds, staks, rainman, nema, diet, drax, oker, eine, elk, kis42, spoe, key, akt, bosh, chop, idea, etc etc are they all pansies?

  • @popoutandplay all those writers have bombed trains for time. the quote above is from the vid and is based on the legal writers.

  • the 90's were amazing, trains were smashed all the time. love bombing insides all day long. Suka Kcd

  • What year was this video made,Graff was live around 1996 to about 2005 then it become DEAD

  • @Dufflebagboy778 nah Graff never dies it just slows down from time to time, for the TRUE writers its always here!

  • Durrington-on-sea, welcome to my playground!

  • Fuk you, its that kind of attitude that pisses me off.

Londeners have their own style of graffiti anyway,

America copied Dubstep and Drum and Bass but i dont give a shit it just a sharing of culture,

and anyway the guy who invented spray paint was european

  • lol i dislike this by accident but i totally agree

  • get ur own fukin culture, get your own fucking language. America would not be america if it was not for england.

  • im from america and i think the UK can do whatever they want

just as long as they dont start giving graff a bad name like writing on cars and houses

    graff is world wide bro

only the ignorant cant see that

  • @Yayakills who tha fuk asked you bumpkin?,,sit down shut up cuz us man would rob you ina twinkle boy,,,,dirty artists ,sfl wmb lgl

  • this video is hella old

  • if you dont get up then u dont do graff,

but i think you need to maintain your name, via all avenues: loads of tags, throws, pieces (both legal and not) etc.

  • graffiti will never be stopped no matter what fuck the law

  • killslay is right. think back at new york in the 1970 and 80s. some of the worlds best peices came when graffiti was still aligel but all that would happen is the cops would take your paint and make u scrub trains 4 afew days.

  • i was caught doin this and hes right it takes the buzz out of it. i got my final warnin so... i aint goin 2 court. i just stopped taggin, but i still do my throw ups and stuff cuz razor is a popular name round my area

  • i don't think it was a waist of talents at all... i think they were living the moment of a true artist (graffiti artist that is)... they were being true to the game and that was the talent... money is a totaly different thing tho...

  • loooooooool and there gonna keep spending dat much a year graffiti is more then wat these hunkys make it out to be !!! detoy watch out for me

  • fuck paying the goverment for everything we do. they take money of us for everything so destroy everything to gt it bak!!

  • if you dont bomb you dont do graffiti

  • but they only show the toys not the real kings.realö graffs are nicer than this fucking walls!!

  • but uh, how can graffiti be art if you gonna tag everywhere u piss? "DAZE pissed here" man, that's so ugly. If you wanna be fast for a tag, why not do a stencil? its nice its fast, best case here.

  • Pls excuse the "piss" terms. Graff writers have etiquettes when it comes to bombing. Writers dont just write anwhere or anyhow. We have certain spots tht if we feel like hitting it, den we do it. No offense to stencil artist tho' but i thot stencil is rather a cheating way to get up...Btw, graff writing is BOTH art and vandalism. It depends on who u ask.

  • not in my neighbourhood, i like graffiti but the shit i'm seeing near me are shame to the word graffiti. kinda sad being the only guy who truly believes in etiquettes in tagging in my neighbourhood. i'm not against spray tag but i'm against shitty images on the wall, be it stencil, spray, markers or bucket of paint. and most graffiteers i know write everywhere, i write everywhere. if i could, i would spray the damn Communters rail in mid air.

  • harsher laws don't stop it, they just change the style. Now its harder to get up where i live, so there are no peices, only tags and throws. getting your name up as quickly as possible without getting seen is the name of the game here, not art.

  • too true, Killslay!! mabye were just sell-outs........HAHAHAHA!! And on the the doc: that was shit!!

  • @yardizm1 think I was there that day and i didn't see him go and call any of them pansies and size would have slapped his pussy little mouth if he did. if he's that hardcore and a wanted man you don't shout your mouth off on film for everyone to see your face. big up TKZ

  • Basically, youve got 2 types of writers, young lads who tag everywhere and might do the odd throw up, then you have writers who are talented, who spend days planning a piece and put up a work of art, it can be either legal or not, but its still top drawer, you only had to look at Sheff (hall of fame)in the early 90's to see what I'm talking about.

  • those writers say 'these writers here are sell outs' then they point to dism and rape pieces! i bet dism and rape have dun more trains than them, fact is there from newcastle and they've got pieces at a london hall of fame, ie they were in london to paint more than just walls. people in london never leave london. plus those other writers go on about sell outs blah blah, iv seen zomby canvases and commisions, is he still a sell out? i dont think so.

    what a load of shit

  • but if you commercialize it you make money.

  • 4:25, my parents fucking love it they buy me pens and shit

  • Alright. Let's have some fun.

"azakrg" you're fake. Your crew is probably toy. Yell at me. I don't give a fuck.

ART IS A CRIME. If you want to call Graffiti art. I do it. I rack my paint. I break other laws. I write Graff. Like 80% of Graff writers commit other crimes, so keep that " art isn't a crime !!1!" thought in your head.

  • OMG! you sound so fuckin solid! every1 shud be well scared of you...

  • No you shouldn't.

  • soooo NOFX you mean to tell me Pacaso or Peter max is doing illegal things since their ARTIST?? Graffiti is a crime NOT art so dont get it twisted... but it can be used in an art form. And 80% of graffiti writers don't do other crimes... more like 45 or 50% I mean wtf do you know how hard it is to steal from a walmart or lowes(in the US it aint easy) or atleast where I live.

  • lol. dude you have no idea what the fuck you are talking about.

tell me where you live, if it's so hard to rack from there.

  • art no crime keep it real!!! KrGcrew!

  • Ha Ha Im A pansy!! I love the way they slag off Saer Dism & Amor for being 'sellouts' and not doing trains (hello??) cracked me up when I first saw it, just made me laugh again....

  • It looks like there's some missing, at the end she starts talking about something else..

  • Classic!

  • Artful Dodger produced UK Rap legend Blade's first album, didn't he?

  • blade aint a legend. hes a fucking wasteman

  • darby bone.

  • She hasn't changed a single bit, in the 9 years since this was filmed.

By the way, can anyone name any of the writers being interviewed, apart from Artful Dodger?

  • Josie D'arby. She'd get it.

  • Lol. the occasional tag on an office report.

Naw i'm still in school but nice vid,

  • blimey let me buy some smoothrite and start hitting trains again..

hold on i'm 33 years old, oh bugger it..

20 years and it's still in my blood and handwriting..

  • Shit, I've just realised, I sounded like I was claiming to be the person who uploaded this, in my last comment. As I said, I recorded it, back in '97, but I didn't upload it here.

  • Yeah, I recorded this when it was first shown, on Channel 5, in '97. Actually, I can see the tape that it's on, on my shelf, right now, from where my computer is. I was deeply, deeply into graff, back then. I used to travel down to London, from Liverpool, just to buy graff magazines. I used to dream of being a train king, like SEEN, or LEE from New York. I've grown out of it a bit now though, as I've got bills to pay. Still miss those days, though.

  • haha. Never too old to start all over again man.

  • Thats fuckin wicked man. I remember that, came out in about 97/98. I used to live in Durrington on Sea before i moved to Ireland, shows some of my old school tags and my mates dub getting buffed! Cheers for uploading that bro, brings back memorys.
