Got to laugh at 90% of the comments. The Spetznas training you see here is allfrom exobhitions and from what i can see alot of it is martial art based and systema basicaly MENTAL and PHYSICAL discipline training. the wholepoint of thiskind of shit is to train body and mind to resist pain and to allow the troops to focus under stress not to teach them how to win a war with a flying jumpkick. Its the same principle as being marched up and down the breacon's andasked to solve maths problems.

Although the U.S does have well trained soldiers, they do not have the best. The best trained soldiers generally come from Israel, and the second best come from Australia. This does not mean they have the best army, simply the best soldiers.
