This is actually a pretty cool match up. Humungus could be violent if he had to or was angered, but he was also willing to reason and tried to keep his barbarian motor heads inline. I think him and Picard could do a deal.

Where's the rest of it? You could've at least had Picard ordering a salvo of photon torpedos fired from orbit at the Humongus and his horde, with a cutscene of a Mad Max-type explosion. I'm generous, so I give you two stars for at least making an effort.
