This game's storyline really wasn't that bad, actually pretty awesome. Not like a game this righteous NEEDS a storyline, Painkiller has a good one anyway.
@sermatt111 He's not in hell at this point in the game. Plus, it sounds like he's been doing this for quite a bit of time, and probably knows how to get better weapons than any sissy weapons the angel could give him.
don't know, but obviously it wasn't bad enough to go straight to hell, he either repented or commited venial (or maybe mortal) sins but still had a good heart/intentions
