i think the easiest way to kill fontaine is to get the target dummy plasmid, and while hes busy attacking the dummy, keep shooting him with the fully upgraded shotgun.

You can't break/rob the gatherers garden machines. Adam is a substance that facilitates the gene spilcing. So you can only splice as many gene tonics as you have adam to "buy" it.
