The reason I dislike the video is that it is shown by a chiropractor, it has no useful description for guidance, and the fact that the demonstrator is leaning for support against a wall doesn't show the aim of what healthy proprioception and body mechanics need to look like for a correctly executed one-legged balance exercise, i.e. joint stability and proper postural alignment through pelvic to shoulder girdles. Despite your good intentions, this is a very poor demo for a chiro.
