  • I agree very much with you kitty. I am a PT and MMA instructor. Cardio isn't the answer. It can work, but it requires 6-7 days a week and it has adverse effects on your metabolism. Women don't all need to lift 24k KB's, ;) but lifting is far better than cardio. A mix of both is great though, don't get me wrong.

I always work routines that incorporate enough weight to get between 10-15 reps, and I see good results.

  • I like this whole video, but I cant help but notice how far down you're going on your squats...I could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure it messes up your knees if a person goes below parallel on a squat.

  • Great video!!

@cuellare1547 As long as the shins stay straight / knees don't track forward (and the low back doesn't round) squatting that low is GREAT for your knees.

  • Nice work! :)

  • Very strong fit girl, good to see. Although she really should be breathing out during the movement up and not just at the top of the squat, that is how people get hernias and the like.

  • this looks scary. i'm so afraid that if i try this, i might accidently drop a KB on myself!

  • Would love You in My strength demo videos and magazine.

  • wonder if she wrestles.

  • Do you have a husband???

  • I would like to be ill in your hospital and you take care of me...!!!! déu meu!!heheh.

  • 20kg? my God!! this mean that you are 4 times stronger than me!!!! I need a body guard like you....hehe.

  • WHAT!!!!????

  • Amazing strength. I just love my kettlebells, and your videos are great for checking my form. I just can't help but bend my knee on my side presses...in time. Are you a qualified PT?

  • @markoid1 I am a qualified fitness and Extreme Kettlebell Instructor, doing my PT Cert soon. The side press?? Do you mean the windmill? If so, it is ok to bend the knee on the opposite side to the Kettlebell, if you need to. You can check out my tutorials for one on the windmill.

  • What is the weigth of the grey kettlebells?

  • @cc197476 Hey, it's 20kg :)

  • This video was NOT funny for me to watch :(

  • Yr very strong, I do a kettlebell class twice a week I also train 4 nights a week ,I'm female as well, been training weight lifting for two yrs ,kettlebells about 3 months and I love it

  • You want feedback on women, heavy weightlifting, and obesity: your video is RIGHT ON TRACK. It is extremely difficult to lose fat with low intensity long workouts like running, etc. Lifting heavy weights, especially squat and deadlift boost the metabolism, add muscle and therefore burn fat. Swinging heavy kettlebells works well also. Women have been conditioned to think that weightlifting is not feminine - that is unfortunate. But people like you are helping to change those perceptions :)

  • I kinda eat a lot a day (NOT TOO MUCH) But lucky i keep learning new stuff about stuff like this and i go walking on Signal Hill for about An hour a day. I wanna keep myself in good shape.

  • i just tried that work out...killed me im in good shape but that was intense. I have smaller kettlebells too!

  • @partykid1000 Nice work! Hope you enjoyed it :D Thanks for trying it.
