Classic Rod conditions: low contrast (can't tell if object is in front or behind trees), low light, slow shutter, open aperature (due to clouds), reduced depth of field; blurry object possibly close to the lens..
My guess is a bug (bee?) passing 5-8 feet from the camera. At about 20mph (typical bee speed), distance covered in 12 frames (30fps) is about 11.5 feet, fits with image.
Experimenting with contrast/gamma might get better visibility against background. Fun stuff to research! :-)

Anything is possible. How about "you". You project what your whole reality is. You, like me & everyone else do this. Also, you may have attracted (based on your intentions, desires) a real UFO to appear in video as well. If you like, continue in evolving your awareness for more information.
I changed the lighting So you can see the object clearer! the rest of the video is just there to give you the speed of the object. there is a link on my channel comments to a video, same event with better quality
