Nope, 2litre silvertop Zetec is 130bhp. RS2000 motor (the I4) could be done but it's a far heavier unit and is much more difficult to install. I don't quite follow on the Webbers comment but I think you're assuming they only make carbs unless I'm mistaken?
Nope 2litre Zetec's are normally 130bhp, it now makes a genuine 160bhp with fast road cams, 4-2-1 manifold, bike carbs and Mega Jolt. The engine only made 175 bhp when it was in an XR2i track car with fast road cams and a custom mapped Webber engine management system. 200bhp from cams and remap is at best excessively hopeful
None taken, as explained earlier it was runnig using Fords ESC module as a temp fix until the Megajolt arrived and it all set up. We've gained an extra 30bhp with that now on and there is more to come once a more suitable cam setup has been added
We had it on th erollers yesterday at Torque of The Devil and it made 117bhp, It's running Ford's ESC module as a temp fix which we are in the process of addressing. We are hoping to see 170bhp. Can't tell you what the carbs are from as I know nothing about bikes, they're what Bogg Brothers supplied.
The problem at present lies with the fact we have been using a Ford ESC module to control the ignition. Th ecar now has Mega Jolt and a temporary map until next Tuesday when it is getting mapped properly. Time will tell what we then have to play with but even on a base map it has improved massively
is this in warrington ?

We're talking bike carbs here so I'm not sure of the relevence. I'm also not even partky convinced such a setup would work
