  • So much for making more videos..... :-(

  • Any more vids coming?

  • Good to see you're making instructional videos. I am looking forward to seeing more.

  • Thanks for the video. It's a start and I'm sure you will have some great stuff for us. Take care

  • Sir, first I have read Patriots and your Blog daily. However, I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed with your first video. Your a man with a vast amount of usable knowledge to share. A simple hand-drill? I expected so much more from you... I look forward to your new book and videos.

  • I seriously hope the subsequent videos have more relevant information than this one.

  • I've read Patriots multiple times, and also go on Survival Blog daily. And I'm very happy to Welcome You to the You Tube community. You are very very welcomed new member.

    Long LIVE the CONSTITUTION !!!

  • Heheh, so THAT's what JWR looks like! ; )

Good first video, looking forward to more.

Can't wait to buy the new book!

  • I was hoping your first video would be how to properly butcher a UN soldier.

  • looks nice but in reality this thing won't stand any serious load. I can see making holes in leather, thin plastic - but even solid wood will be the end of this device. I'm not trying to be clever but it's obvious for everyone who knows a little bit about these matters.

  • It's about time you started a channel on Youtube. Looking forward to Survivor....

  • Love the blog! Read "Patriots" twice, looking forward to "Survivors". Just a few suggestions, if I may. A 1" wide piece of old bicycle innertube as a rubber band would be less likely to roll off. A Japanese-style saw uses a thinner blade being that they cut on the pull rather than the push, which results in a thinner kerf. The thinner kerf removes less material, requiring less effort to make the cut.

Again, great blog! Looking forward to more videos!

  • welccome to you tube Jim! good to see you here! nice little tool even for around the house.

  • Awesome! Love your blog! First thing I read every morning. Any chance of doing a video on using a Big Berkey ? I keep a 170 gallon stock tank in the backyard that my dogs use for a swimming pool that is one of my emergency water sources. The water gets pretty muddy brown. I often wonder exactly how that would all play out in the event of ...however it all goes down.

Also, reading your book 'Patriots' empowered me to quit smoking and to start getting into shape. Your blog will prob save my life.

  • Nice product and blog plugs!! Doing the vids can take some time to figure out but once you get it down it isn't too bad.

I will buy your book but not from Amazon, still boycotting them after they tried to sell a pedophile manifesto last year.

What software did you use to edit the video with?

    Stay frosty and keep sharing.

  • Nice video! I've done a few instructional ones myself, and I know how much work goes into the editing...

  • Yeah Jim!! Yeah survival blog dot com!

  • Nice site plug on the vice!

  • Jim,
