Thankfully I don't have that problem in the U.S.. Here we are taught to call the police on the mobile phone if we see something suspicious. The U.K. always seems to me to be constantly vulnerable to terrorist attacks and I don't know exactly why. To me the British are a good and open people. Perhaps even too open. There are probably some people in England who are not committed to being British even though native Brits have been open to them.
