  • This is some good news for the home owner. I faced a similar situation a few years ago but had to resort to an online company where I was able to make the funds I owed to clear up my arrears. If you're facing forclosure I'd suggest using them as well. The company is called daily100dollars. They're a dot com and I've been with them just over 2 years now and have always been able to cover my mortgage and bills. They also work with you 1on 1 to ensure you take in money on a daily basis.

  • Foreclosure scams are getting worse and worse.

  • This has helpful information, however it leaves out the fact that there are legit programs that do help. For example Homesolution. Whybellahomes. Com does NOT have upfront fees or charges and they do NOT offer loan modifications. There's a Federal Foreclosure Law of 2009 that allows them to lease your home back to you for 40% to 60% less than your mortgage while building up your equity, then sell the house back for 90% of current value. Do Due Diligence before you give up!

  • I just bought a freddie mac foreclosed home and the first day of living here the sewer backed up into my basement and they refuse to pay for it! Damages are over $10,000.00 there is a belly in the yard that caused it to back up. So the home is not even liveable.

SCREW YOU FREDDIE MAC AND FANNIE MAE!!! I am going to get the word out there! NOBODY BUY A FORECLOSED HOME FROM FREDDIE MAC OR FANNIE MAE CUZ YOU WILL BE THE NEXT VICTUM!!!! DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH A 2 YEAR HOME WARRANTY!!!

  • What this video is say is true. You can get on the biggest lawauit against the banks in the counrty go to icansuemylender. com or call 1-866-967-9993 to be apart of this lawsuit and sue your lender!!! They can also delay your foreclosure!

  • Freddie Mac was involved in fraud itself in misrepresenting earnings.

  • IMPORTANT!!! Watch "A HOME FIT FOR ROYALTY"

  • Great information. These indeed a help for people.

  • The Funny thing about it is. 1.) They don't say call the FBI about the fraud, they say call a hot-line that links to THEM

2.) They are actually using propaganda, the intention of this video is to STOP people who are STOPPING THEM FROM FORECLOSURE..

the banks know how to lie.. Believe me they do.

They spent all this money not because they care. but because these so called 'con artist' as referred to in this video. ARE ACTUALLY SAVING HOMES AND FAMILIES FROM FORECLOSURE. and its on Court Record.

  • oh noez! homestealerz!

  • to the all mortgage paying ppl out there. even if you have a good deal with your current lender it is always good to shop around to see if other recognised lender can give you better deal. even if you pay some penalty, remortgaging your property to a better deal can save some some monthly outgoing. sometime they can even incorporate other debt with your mortgage. so it is always better to shop around but make sure you go to recognised lenders.

  • don't ever let a 3rd party get involved. why would anyone in their mind would help you ? i paid off my house already & i still have these scammers calling offering to pay off my mortgage. i tell them to go fuck yourselves.

  • Talk to your lender! What a joke. This is all being done intentionally so we can eventually compete with 3rd world producers to sell cars and computers. After all, you don't need to make $20 an hour to buy a $19,000 home. Best advise; Get yourself a big screen TV and 6-pack of Budweiser and do your civic duty... spend your unemployment check at Walmart.

  • Times like these, I am so glad that I am a licensed real estate agent. Because I am also a Real Estate Investor, I am concerned that the public will be afraid to trust honest investors who really are helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. In some cases, ONLY a real estate investor can help.

  • Are you in financial distress? Please don't wait. A non profit site, NeedFinancialHelp (dot) org can help.

  • Is that what hey teach you to do in those ":Foreclosure Riches" courses? Saved myself $39.95... yeah!

  • if you are in any kind of financial distress, please post your situation at MoneyLoansCredit (.) com, a site where people help people... Investors and givers needed as well.

  • fuckin harilous.....

  • i killed one of these guys and buried him in my foreclosed backyard

  • i was a mortgage sales person doing telemarketing i quit after 5 years the company closed down now i found a new job

  • This is all true! its happened to lot of family friends of mine.... its sad.....

  • Mortgage fraud my ass.

Mortgage fraudsters received direct US government backing for years. Many people didnt fall for it though.

But somehow our tax money still went to the banksters. How is this possible Mr. Politician?

  • Great information! Thank you for helping educate people. Here's another resource to consider. FederalHomeLoanMods(dot)com

  • I hate scammers

  • This video was as boring as Freddie Mac.

  • they saved my house , for real, call you lender do not give up , you can save your home

  • If you really want to repair your credit, see us instead for details. Principles Only.

  • We hate injustice and lie so please stop spreading the lies.

The problem with our mortgage industry started in the early 2004 when "STATED LOAN" was introduce my BANKS. Anyone and their 80 years old mother can borrow $500,000 and up even with out a job.

Over supplies of money fraudly inflating the price of houses. Now price of houses are coming back to reality ("2003" level). In a years or two we will see the bottom of housing.

  • There are borrowers who "cashed out" $200-$300K in the last 6 years to supplement their income and now they just walked away from their house. There are people should never buy the home in the first place with their $10/hr salary.

We all forgot how foreign banks lost billions in our mortgage industry. I estimated at least $1 Trillion is lost by the foreign banks.

  • If he can get a new loan larger than yours, if he can get a loan AT ALL as of this morning, I'd be surprised.

  • Yes, there are a lot of scams out there. But there are also people out there that are legitimate and can offer refinancing options using private lenders and small local investment groups. The scammers make it difficult for home owners to trust real help.

If you have a lot of equity then you CAN find someone that will lend you the money to refinance and payoff the foreclosing lender.

I know this for a fact. You just need to know where to look.

  • I know there are always some honest people out there but I really think it's like finding a needle in a hay stack. You give people the taste of free money and they can't resist.

  • I really think the mortgage brokers are to blame for what has happened. I know a few of them and they told me they make as much money as they can off every loan they write, regardless if its good for the borrower or not. They talk people into loans they can't afford. Easy to tell who is the crook. The borker tells the apraiser "I need this amount to make the loan work". I think that shows who's doing what.

  • This is what you get under Republican deregulation, spiders eating flies. Flies are gullible, and spiders ensnare them, hoping to flip houses repossessed three years after, when loan payments double after the adjustable period.

We need a mortgage strike, nobody in America pays their mortgage for three months, then lets see how the banks react.

  • Yes. 100% Correct. I'm sure you won't get much love on Youtube with this view but I'm with you. It's so sad what has happened. It's the biggest case or larceny in the history of our nation. yet these people won't spend a day behind bars. We send someone in Michigan up the river for 15-30 for robbery for stealing $500.00, these people fleeced American's out of the dream and get nothing. We need to demand justice.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are truely the problem

  • Freddie and Fannie are also a part of the problem. I got screwed...wonder where the government is to stop these people?

  • Great video! Keep up the great work!

  • Thank you for this excellent information!!!

  • People need to educate themselves better. I work as a loan officer, and I am surprised at how people don't think borrowing hundreds of thousands requires some sort of education. There's lots of sites that have plenty of info.

  • This video was as boring as Freddie Mac.

  • Great video! Just a tip, you can learn how to flip foreclosure and pre-foreclosure at -- MyForeclosureTips( dot )com --. Make sure to you remove the spaces and parenthesis.

  • Sounds like too many people let themselves get scammed by very slick con-artists. As in any business, thieves will find a way to make afast buck. For those already victims, it's too late to help. For those inthe housing market or who will be; GET EDUCATED before trusting ANYONE. If you don't, take a look around and see what awaits.

  • Sorry for the P.S. I post a lot of video tutorials on YouTube...under my name...louiefrias

Maybe one of them will help keep someone from becoming another statistic.

  • I agree to get educated. This happened to an associate of mine, who trusted the "scam artist." This scammer did the same thing to dozens of people and even though a class action suit was filed against him, he got away with it! The victims ended up paying good money after bad to try to salvage their homes. The scum is still going at it!!! How's that for justice?

  • What really upsets me as a Realtor is when I talk to someone who is behind and haven't had a notice of default filed, and the bank won't work with them. You can't believe how many people have told me this.

Of course, I don't know if in all cases it's true, I have to believe what my clients tell me, but I had someone tell me the other day that the bank sent back their payment and demanded the full amount of what was owed.

  • I am OUTRAGED that this video portrays a white man in a tie cheating minorities and the elderly. Are there no minority fraudsters? I am SICK of my gender and ethnicity being portrayed as the bad guy. I've been in this business for 10 years and never cheated anyone- but I have sure seen the Hispanic market taken advantage of because they end up trusting someone from their own background. Gimme a BREAK!

  • Get over it man! You're one of those idiots that can't look past the color lines. Just pay attention to the message of the video. I'm sure there a ton of black people tired of being portrayed as gangsters, rappers and criminals, or latinos always being portrayed as immigrants, etc.

  • @masterpoolcat Right on, meanwhile watch this video:

Pro se litigant Sandra Ford slams Wells Fargo in NJ as in Ohio, will NH follow suit?

  • Question for FANNY: What do you do when the foreclosure fraud starts with the SERVICER???

I will not hold be breath waiting for an AMSWER! :(

    What about Mortgage Servicing Fraud?

  • What did your servicer do to you?

  • qhouladr & mysocalhome

Those signs and advertisings are often not scams. They usually try and either flip your house or something like that. This video is a REAL scam and fully ILLEGAL and the govt. will imprison anyone being known in doing it.

  • There is nothing morally correct about doing someone this way. If you risk foreclosure talk with lenders. If you can not work it out with them either find a Realtor or FSBO. Do not wait until the last minute. Figure out what you owe and price it for a quick sale. Have a question, ask Realtors, most of us give free advice.

  • As a Latino real estate broker, I would like to see this video speaking Spanish. Why? every day many Latino are falling victims of scams such at this and in many cases the predators are also Latinos, because they know there is no to minimum assistance in Spanish or people just don't know where to get it.

  • I just blogged about this on my blog TheLatest(dot)at/YouTube... check it out!

  • Where, specifically? Do you have a permalink?

  • The video describes a perfectly legal transaction. This is typical heavy handed democrat propaganda. Pure Bullspit! To portray a perfectly good pre-forclosure sale transaction as a scam! At least this 'scam' will leave the former owners with a little money in their pocket. The foreclosure sales certainly will not! There are a lot more honest investors out there than scoundrels. And of course, business is business!

  • What's portrayed here isn't a perfectly good sale of a house by a borrower trying to avoid a foreclosure; its a scam that strips out all the equity value from the house. Honest investors will just buy the house without all the hooey about deeding it back to the original homeowner after a year or so.

  • Yeah, this is a pretty informative video, I am having serious morgage problems

Good to see good people on the internet

  • Some real estate AND mortgage people can help you. Not all are scams. Ask your lender for help, and don't sign anything until you understand it clearly. Lin from thegreatmortgagerevolt(dot)com

  • I think I've been scammed. I'm in the top 10% of earners in the USA and I can't afford a home, but welfare mothers, illegal immigrants, and strawberry pickers can get loans for $700K+. How is it possible? BUBBLE, BABY!! LOL

  • You can't afford one, because you don't want one.

  • Very informative video. Good to see useful videos like this online.

  • I see signs advertsing this sort of thing on the highway every day. Why doesn't the government just shut them down?

  • I think it is up to us to shut them down. I advocate parking close by and tearing down those illegal signs as soon as I see them. Its bad business, and it makes our communities look tacky.
