Why should any Palestinian recognise Israel, when Palestine was created as a state at the same time as Israel and Israel doesn't recognise the Palestinian state? Hamas didn't start anything, Israel was stealing, kidnapping and killing before Hamas. The blockade on Gaza was in place before Hamas. Fatah is not fighting Israel, yet the West Bank is still being attacked and their civilians kidnapped and killed anyway, not to mention the ongoing land theft. IMHO the Palestinian people can take charge of their own destiny. They can hold a world publicized Constitutional Congress and produce a document that governs their OWN rules of law and then stick with/enforce them. This includes not letting people launch missiles into other countries. It can not be legal for civilians to bomb another country, or train terrorists, or send suicide bombers, or call for extermination of another people.
