@MusacaProductions Which is why when you work with dark and/or shimmery colors, it's best to apply your "face" afterward so you can take care of any fallouts.

@danisafford or you can just use a fan brush or the business card trick. you could also just use loose powder to sweep it away. but why i said that was because i found it funny that you were saying to do it that way patting it on to not get fallouts even though you did it that way and still got them haha.
