  • There's a line missing, where Lamont says "Now pop you know you love cats" which makes everything Fred said about hating cats not really true.

Why cut that part out? It's crucial to the scene.

  • Well I don't know about you guys, but in a fair, unbiased, 100% on the level contest between the two, my poor daddy's history.

  • whahahah

  • yanky crap

  • Fred Sanford would talk about cats again in another episode "Coffins for Sale"

"Cat yowed and yowed all night, and they found Cousin Richard the next morning: dead"

  • except that this show is much much much better than steptoe and son.

you cant beat Fred and lemont

  • its not a spin off, they are just similar.

  • yea you can beat it. Harold and albert, fuck you

  • and as far as you go alex......not many americans watch any british shit past benny hill and monte python....however all them fuckers in england with fucked up teeth love american shows threw and threw...so at best we took a few ideas you clowns had and perfected them...put that in your pipe and smoke it

  • ya and all in the family is supposedly a spin off of someother stupid fuckin british show the only problem is the spin-off's are 100 times better than the british shit. you clowns got benny hill and about half of the flyin circus is funny it stops there...american television in the 50' to 80's was the best period....cheers, seinfeld, barney miller, taxi, honeymooners, i love lucy, the odd couple, all in the family. sanford and son, chico and the man, mash, should i go on, how about cartoons ?

  • what episode was this from?

  • Thanks for the rating! This is from "The Lighthousekeeper," which aired as episode #28 on Dec. 22, 1972. However, it is production code #201, so it is technically the first episode of season 2.
