  • How many water pumps have you gone thru? It looks like you're running in sand all the time.

    Very nice boat.

  • @fishingGator01 only have to get a new one every year. the lower unit was starting to peel alittle when we bought the boat used so we had a local marine shop paint it. he did a terrible job cause its worse. we hardly run a ground in this boat.

  • id love to have that boat and a house at the coast

  • that sounds awesome

  • I LOVE eTec .. but it makes me want to go out and start my Merc "90 hp" up with no stablilizer after a year and a half sitting ... wonder if it would start right up ... prolly not it's got carbs? .. lol ... but i take fuel line off and run the motor out ... so .. it might :D

  • best engines on the market

  • The blue by you gheenoe

  • NICE BOAT

  • Does not sound good time for some good gas. Water hoses usually are for flushing motors with them not running.

  • @superhawkn gas is fine, these ear muffs are being used properly. I know because we have a water pressure gauge on the console and it reads normal PSI.

  • Love the sound of the engines, we got twin E TEc 250 hp, we do not start the engines for 7 or 8 months, no problem!

  • gotcha, over here in Port Sulphur, LA, that is a common sight with paint missing on lower units due to the shallow mud flats and sand bars.

  • been running through some sand huh? lil paint missing off the lower unit, lol.

  • @marshjb we had someone repaint the lower unit to stop it from peeling...but it only made it peel worse. so we just dont care anymore. lol but we havnt been running in the sand.

  • Did'nt know you could hook up just the hose an water an run it that way?

  • @2bns08 on this e-tec there is no direct water hose hookup thats why i used the ear muffs. but both ways work just the same and do equally fine.

  • OHHH IS THAT THE BEST YOU CAN DO.. IS TO REMOVE WHAT IS THE TRUTH???

  • @cateater4u2 the truth is that the soonest fuel and start to varish is anywere from 6-8 months. its very clear i said this engine has been sitting for 3-4 months so the fuel is still good. Dont talk to me like im a flippin moron sir.

i removed your comments because you were being a troll and the use of inapropriate language.

  • @kddcc Fuel begins to break down in as little as 2 weeks with ethanol blended fuels. once phase seperation occurs breakdown is right around the corner from the moisture that will begin to accumulate from the seperated ethanol. Injected engines don't seem to have teh problems taht carbed engines experience from it though.

  • My Suzuki started up in the first crank after one year

  • nice boat
