I just started at Akron U last week. The Student Housing complex being built in the video is now open as of August, 2010. They also built a new parking deck down the street from the stadium. The sandstone colored building on the left at 3:55 is Memorial Hall and is currntly being demolished for a new College of Education because they decided with what services it had that it was uneeded. Buchtel Hall is indeed the old Akron U facility which burned down in 1899.
I also forgot to mention they just redid the soccer field.

Thank you for checking out the video. You are right about the new housing complex opening. I saw the story about it in the newspaper.
