The wealthy only got percentages taking off, while the poorer people recieved double child tax credits, they almost doubled the EIC which is only for the poor people. The marriage credit was doubled. 90% of Americans only contribute 40% of the tax burdon.

Tax cuts are NOT only for short term growth. Study after study shows that tax cuts actually will increase tax revenue by almost a third. Its win-win.
