I love this band and this song. But holy fuck is the guitar tone awful on this version. It's tinny and weak, it has no muscle to it at all, and that murky, dirty, "horribly soulful" sound from the original is not there at all.

@rocknrollguru23 yep, lollapalooza was a rather weak performance by them, the 2011 tour (even though it was plagued by sound mixing problems for a while) was amazing though

@Lawldudz So I heard, my friend went to see their show. I live in Seattle, I can't believe I missed it. He says Cornell claimed at the show they are about to record new material, so I have a feeling they will be back around Seattle.
