iammojay: He was a winner as a player, less so as a coach.  SF very well could win their division, because it's the worst division in the NFL. They're only one game back despite being a rather pathetic 5-8.

One might think from watching this video that there was some sort of inverse relationship between motivational speaking and coaching. Singletary is easily the best and most motivational speaker, and has the least to brag about. At least Rex Ryan has a playoff appearance as a HC.
