  • Awesome catches, dude. 5* and a favorite.

  • Thanks!

  • Is that the same NS line that goes through Berea? excellent VID!

  • Thanks! This is indeed the same line, approximately 268 rail miles west.

  • WOW! Passenger Trains on your Channel!!!

    great montages as usual.

i like that you cut out most of the freight trains, so we get to see more of the interesting part.

  • Haha, I know seeing the passenger aspect of railroading on my channel is quite an oddity. I personally enjoy railfanning freight rather than passenger, but everyone knows what they like about railroading, and is entitled to their own opinion. This was a nice change in videography for me, but I should be back to my freight antics so to speak soon, with another video soon to be uploaded.

  • yeah, it also depends on where you live.

the long distance passenger trains dont come by where you live until like 2 in the morning. With me, its almost 70% of what i get. as long as they are trains, its all good.

  • Nice collection!

  • Thanks, Greg!

  • Awesome!! Joliet is great!!

  • Thanks, Trey! I like areas further outside of Chicago better.

  • Yea, like Rochelle

  • More along the lines of Coal City, Mazon, Ancona, Toluca, Edelstein Hill, etc. All nice places with either very good aesthetic venues or high speed action.

  • Cool!!

  • Looks like you had fun in my neck of the woods, great video!

  • Thanks!

  • Nice! You missed me by a couple months I was there in May.

  • Thanks, Geoff! Joliet's an okay place, just a bit too much passenger/commuter for me.

  • Well iv never seen a train there the only thing I saw there was the EJE swichers in the yard.

  • I love it! Hope you had a good trip, Cody!

  • Thanks, O'Brian! It was a pretty good trip, with a slight lack of trains until two days in Rochelle fixed that!

  • Thanks, Erik! I personally like the freight aspect of railroading far more than the passenger and commuter aspects, but it was an interesting change for a day or two.
