  • dude im fucking 13 and i have much bigger muscles then this idiot hahahahaha

  • @kingpinkilla6 Don't worry, many people suffer from the same illness as you, so there's nothing to worry about. SMS affects many people, first they lie about their AGE, then it's the size of their MUSCLES, and before you know it they are lying about everything even the size of their JOHNSON! .... SMS = Small Man Syndrome. Google it for the cure. Remember this, with honesty your gain confidence, and with confidence you can do anything, so get some.

  • This kid just needs to do compound exercises all day then go to sleep. Then you move onto isolation

  • @AAOJUMPER That's one way of looking at it. Iin reality volume is key at this stage. As time passes and enough volume has been done then progress can occur. All too often people heed the wrong advice which usually results in injury. The trick here is to progress each and every single day without injury moving forward not backwards. We describe this in detail throughout the entire video so it can sink in. Thank you for your comment.

  • GJ man keep it up, i was just like you starting out 145 pounds 6.0 feet tall, 2 years later im 185 pounds pure muscle 8 % body fat... its been tough iv never skipped more than 3 days at the gym. my current goal is to get up to 205 pounds by the end of this year maintaining my body fat % i will be 19 in 1 week wooh!

  • teen muscle? were is the muscle? lol

  • @junkrat1 it's a beginner body building video. This transformation is being documented by video and so in time the results will speak from themselves. Body building requires determination, a positive attitude, and a great deal of intelligence. Those that ridicule are weak and do so to feel strong and/or better than those around them. You will ultimately fail with this attitude. We encourage you to be positive instead of what you portray.

  • I'm 15 and aim way more ripped than him

  • @xxxxmanuftwxxxx That's excellent, good for you.

  • Uhmm.. I rarely workout and I'm about 3 times his size. (Not fat either) Is this a joke? I don't mean that in a rude way..please don't take offence..

  • @TheWhopperTinger You are obviously gifted in that area or atleast in your own mind to have to voice it. Why would this be a joke ? it's a beginning Body Building video and everyone has to start somewhere and he is not afraid at all and can handle the truth where most would be weak and ashamed. It takes real guts to do what he has done where most wouldn't dare show themselves until they knew they could be accepted including you it would appear. No offence taken.

  • 1 once a day, thats to much, overtraining for sure, i think atleast hehe.

  • "Those little things there are called muscles I mean veins" Just wanted to make that joke no offence intended :P

  • @IRolledARogue FAIL, an intended joke at the expense of others is usually deemed to be rude and hence offensive. Some go through life being afraid of what may come and some don't. We have learnt that to be judged simply means that you are doing while others are watching whilst not doing. I believe the term is couch potato. Nonetheless as time passes we progress each and every day and as the video says it is a BEGINNERS video intended for those beginning body building. No Offence.

  • @conikicon008 Yeah great life story.

  • Hbb

  • HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @luisfilipecaldeira You left out an A

  • You won't be seeing in a results from someone who works out and smiles all the time..

  • @MrTheOblivion Good Karma Bad Karma !

  • umm... is this suppose to be a joke?

  • @MrTheOblivion No, it is a beginner body building video. The methods used are proven and robust and have stood the test of time. This transformation is being documented by video and so in time the results will speak from themselves. Check back and see the progress for yourself in the coming months and years.

  • Puss in boots

  • @joanneteng444 They're making an animated version now and it should be available soon, apparently it's awesome. So, what did you think of it after you saw it ?

  • This guy's arms are smaller than mine.

  • @hackerharis Everyone has to start somewhere and no two people are the same. His arms won't stay that way for very long though and in time will be much larger than yours. We will be posting measurements for reference on the website in the not too distant future.

  • @TeenMuscleTV take a look at my video and tell me what you think if you don't mind :) started lifting a year ago just wanting to build my self up quite happy with where i am now

  • @Mr330d Hi Jay, we've had a look however the video is very short and only shows your right bicep during a hammer curl. Visually you can see the bicep development so what you want now is balance with all the supporting muscles of the arm. This can be achieved by following a balanced routine. Check out our routines but you'll need to check out our website for sets rep and rest. Don't worry it's all free. Try it and get back to us.

  • @Mr330d Hi Jay, I've got a V8 1977 Celica. Check out our main channel conikicon008 or conikitv where we'll be posting a video series on it very shortly. Is your 330d stock ?

  • sry for saying this , but this isnt for teens this is for very tiny people !

  • What about the people that don't have all that equipment at home.

    Just weights?

Can you make a vid for that.

  • @alexjap2009 Good point ! Yes we are making a whole series of videos using that concept however in the meantime checkout our other channel conikicon008 , it's at the top of this channel labelled NOTHING BUT WORKOUTS. Here you will find many videos using primarily just your body weight. Hope that helps you.

  • @Arsenalrobert The problem with Steroids is simple, they re misused, not monitored by a health professional, and the simple remaining fact is that without correct and regular monitoring you simply cannot keep them up. This means that when you eventually come off them, then what you gained, assuming you trained hard enough will be lost to atrophy. That is why people with lower levels of the male hormone simply can't maintain muscle mass. It is FACT. So choose wisely and consider the future.

  • everyday? derp rest period is required for muscle gains

  • @woody298duffy Thanks for your comment. The reality is that Intensity, type of exercise, duration, & time under tension, are all factors that have been taken into account when designing these routines to provide maximum results. This routine has been designed for a beginner to do every day without injury or reduction in flexibility. Although your statement is very true it can be easily misunderstood hence our explanation. Time will tell so check back & watch both progress & the results.

  • @TeenMuscleTV there is no visible intensity in your video. the form shown on nearly all of the lifts is just terrible, and asking for injury when the subject progresses to a higher weight. duration has nothing to do with muscle building, and neither does time under tension. these are outdated and disproven methods. you will not get maximal results with any of this training, i seriously doubt that you would get any.

  • @MrWildTurkey1000 It is a beginner body building video. The methods used are proven and robust and have stood the test of time. They have worked on many of our students who have started training at an early age with correct technique and without injury. This transformation is being documented by video and so in time the results will speak from themselves. Check back and see the progress for yourself in the coming months and years.
