The only reason they had to for the Turbo Rescue Zord formation was because the Rescue Megazord was chained to a cross and they could only get the arms and legs loose from the bindings, if that makes any sense.

On the cannons for Artilliatron there are notches towards the back, they actually hook on to the edges where the water cannons are for turbo rescue red. That way they don't slide off of the arms.

In England Turbo was on a Sunday morning at 9.25 and 1 week it was Tommy and the others and then for weeks turbo wasnt on and then it came back with them :/grr:/ I was like WTF not watching it now...and I didnt

Actually, in the show (for the Turbo Megazord formation), the pink zord part came before the green and yellow one. And the formation sequence in the movie is pretty much the same as in the show, the only differences are the red zord isn't falling off a cliff and the way they "rise" the megazord (some rocket thingy underneath the cars instead of hitting the brakes).

Also, in the show, the Robo Racer (warrior mode) and the Turbo Megazord are the same size.
