Running specialist with extended mags and silencer on any of the SMGs makes them pretty usable once you get the bonus. I haven't used the PM9 yet but I have gotten MOABs with the others. I'm trying to get one with every gun in the game other than the snipers so I can upload them. I just can't stand using a sniper rifle so I'm going to pretend they don't exist lol.
