I was happy to find this video, it inspired me to make plywood jigs like yours for my roughing gouge, skew and parting tools. It works in conjunction with my One Way Wolverine jigs. It is an excellent system! I use the Sharp-Fast system for my bowl and spindle gouges--it interchanges with the One Way system.
I just wanted to say, that I show myself sharpening for a long time, in reality, I only sharpen for a few seconds, just to touch up the grind, not for the extended time I show on the second gouge (3/8").
