Yes, You have to return to the Krayt Dragons lair where you found the star map on Tatooine after Bastila's mother asks her to find it. Search near the star map. It's in there. I have always wondered if you could discover that you are Darth Revan before Malak tells you on board the Leviathan? Anyone know anything on this?
The easiest way is to use Mission's stealth skill and then lay a bunch of mines real close together in a line about two across and six or seven deep. Then lure him in to them. To do this, get behind the mines you have laid and hit him with a sniper shot. Don't worry about hitting him just get his attention. In all you need at least a dozen mines to hit him in a row. I always lay at least fourteen or so. You can always recover them. Make sure he hits as many mines as possible.
