Actually the rd part is easy just hit lp, mp, forward, lk, mk right after "epic punch" its called the tenrai kaze no ken.

You forgot 3 supermoves:

Garyuu Messhuu: diving kick

Kaze No Ken-Tenrai No Ken: Thunder Punch and his finisher

Metsu Hadouken: Charging up hadouken.
