You can do that because you are fighting with three monsters with one monster you can't do that.

No, it's easier with less monsters, your combo doesn't get interrupted by an attack. You can do this with one monster.

Most this takes an amount of luck. You need twenty-five (out of fifty, or whatever the minimum is for class seven) cards to line up in exactly the right order, plus you need the reflexes to pull it off. (and to not get nervous and click-happy from the screeching noise, like I do). Planning can only do the first nine cards or so, it's luck after that.

ugh currently stuck on a boss that doesn't seem like he should be difficult at all. It's a standard 3 bit boss. One giant bird that produces two bits that heal it when its hp is down.

Why are the special attacks in Japanese when the relay combos aren't?

Some sayings that are concise in English dont exist in the Japanese language. in other words the Phrase Relay combo may not translate into Japanese in anyway that would be understandable. (someone please correct me if im wrong.

Japanese has an entire writing system (katakana) for words that don't originate from their language. Just like much of Japanese borrows from Chinese, Japanese, mostly since they began to westernize, borrows a ton from English. So to Japanese gamers, "Relay Combo" is technically a Japanese phrase. Most game translations nowadays translate words literally from katakana. Also English text is often used stylistically in Japan, and often incorrectly (hence Engrish).

That's not possible. The maximum amount of cards Sagi and Guillo can choose in one round i 8, while Milly's is 9. That makes 25, which is the max amount of cards you can select in one relay combo. Not to mention 95 is also the max number of hits. Don't post obviously blatant lies, please.

Except you cant get a 100 hit combo in Baten Kaitos 1. The first game doesn't have relay combos at all. And none of Savyna's specials hit enough for her to get 100 hits, thats impossible. Lyude is better than her anyway <_<

Uhh...Hellblood's Hammer does 5 hits. Savyna's normal attacks only do 3 hits maximum. If she got a full 9 card combo, thats only 29 hits. You're about 71 hits off of hundred there, buddy.

Late, but. The different coloured attack magnus make different EX combos.

For example, if you use the brown weak attack + medium attack + strong attack + scension + acension + transcension + godling's rapture in sequence, Sagi gets a very powerful combo, but if you used strong attack b (the blue and red one), this combo wouldn't happen.

Can't help with the kanji bit, though, sorry.

Jomama240: IIRC, the max deck level you can get is 30, since that's what I got to on my file, and it won't let me go any higher. Also, there is only one of each of those weapon equip cards, and all of them have infinite uses for one combo, and then are re-shuffled back into your deck.
