I was just there yesterday for breakfast. It was very good but not amazing like some of the other DDD joints I've been to.  It is definitely worth checking out if visiting OKC but doesn't warrant a special trip.

The bread looks amaizng and he is correct about the yeast and salt not touching, but making kraut with water is a sin that no German would ever do. Im Alsatian, I make my own kraut ever autumn, and I make it with lager beer or white wine for those who like the stronger flavor. Kraut should cook for a minimum of 4 hours but 6 hours is better.
