the technological development in US military forces or in any other major country (CHINA will be far more advanced than US in 10-20 years from now) will always exist but the problem is the new AI that quantum computers will produce... the potential of a quantum computer is INFINITE! and once AI teaches himself and gains conscience (i know it sounds like "the terminator", but it will happen) it will control the machines........ that AI will process billions and billions times faster than a human!

I became interested in this topic because of research I've been doing on current personnel problems in the US military. There are several big reasons why the military would benefit from technological solutions to human failings, frailties, and needs.

its called a bug and it was designed to fail by the maker, actually if u put some real work and research into it i think the ed model would work
