This is old tech, dressed up to look fancy. Twenty years ago, you could do this with DPAINT on the AMIGA. If you don't know, the AMIGA is an antique computer system that was relatively powerful for its time.

It's like using a cloning stamp from photoshop putting a bunch of moving blinking eyes on your wall whilst on drugs. Or was it the drugs that made you think you did it? Or did photoshop jam up and make you go and take drugs out of frustration?
These are all questions that must be asked.
