you missed two power cells they are both in the room after u go down and pick up the tesla coil

@3653307 the gun is the alien blaster and you find it if you go to the mdpl-13 power station and go down the power lines eventually you will get radiation (not much its just a sign that your close) and keep going untill you see a crashed alien space ship the blaster will be lying their and some ammo
