  • I agree with you about Rain. John always let Ringo and George play what they felt with his songs. Paul usually told them what and how to play with his songs. When Paul laid down the bassline to Something, he thought George was going to say" no Paul, that is not the notes I want you to play with this song". But what could George say. A wonderful groove of bass playing.

  • Thanks Ringo Star :D

  • Good going, especially at 1:17 - 1:26.

  • 1:15 my favorite part

  • what type of drum kit is that?

  • DONT SOUND!

  • nice cover! I love your videos!

  • wow that solo is cool

  • Ringo actually hit the floor tom in the second paragraph instead of the hi hat

  • how old are you?

how many years you playing drums?

  • nice drums cover man!!!!!!! congrat!

  • awesome!!

  • amazing how much Ringo did with so little…

  • Nice! Hey I'm kinda curious... Is that mp3 player or whatever it is you're using hooked up to speakers where we can hear it out loud and you hear it through the headphones too?Cuz that would be very helpful to use while drumming :P. Tight video my friend!

  • Good job!

  • great cover man ! the fills were excellent !

  • My 2 year old daughter loves when I put you on my phone. She would watch you play for hours if I let her. Bravo!!

  • sooc oooll

  • @megalarck Thanks!

  • @GBPackers3224 you know what....9 people are just jealous of you

  • Ringo said "Rain" was his best work. As a non-drummer I think this song is right up there with "Rain". Which do you prefer and why?

  • @gdholmfirth I think the fills in Hello Goodbye are incredible, but I may have to go with Rain on that one simply because in my opinion, the song is more fun to play and it was innovative, given that it was one of the first songs where ringo did his own thing, contrary to the simple backbeat on the earlier albums.

  • heee???

  • how old are you playing?

  • @Skayayo 15ish?

  • Great cover but you should use heavier sticks yours look like 7As?

  • I'm not a drummer, so i ask out of curiosity: Ringo said his best drumming was on "Rain", which is good, but I always thought this song was a better job.

  • nice cover, fills were good but didn't ringo use the floor tom and the bass in the chorus rather than the hi hat and bass, you know from 0:22 to 0:38? but well done

  • @77guthrie77 Yeah, i unfortunately didnt know that at the time haha. I only heard it when i heard the isolated drum track, sorry about that. I just used the hi-hat to substitute for the shakers

  • @TheCdrums Thank you very much!

  • @TheDWGamer In fact YES! But these simple songs are the best songs about rock and roll. kid the genius of music maybe dont be virtous

  • Your drumming is amazing! I can't wait to find sheet music for this so I can play it as I can't play by listening to it. Keep it up! You do a great job!

  • Hi I'm trying to play along but I can't get past the first fill at 1:15. Do you have a tab or sheet music you could share? would appreciate it!

  • your a really good player, wayy better than me obviously and im not hating but the fill you did at 2:04 according to me little knowledge was a little off...

if im wrong im sorry but ive only been playing ever since this christmas(x

  • Hi, thanks for posting this it really helped me when I broke the song down for my drum recital. It was the song I chose thinking it would be short and easy then found it to have many different patterns. I got the Beatles scores and did it differently than you did. I actually played it pretty good for someone at the drums for 6 months. Thanks again. Oh yeah I like this view as its easier to follow. Keep up the good work dude! Your amazing!

  • Attitude! men! Smile! like a Good Drummer! Enjoy the Drums! like sir Ringo!

  • @TheDWGamer Hahaha man you really were rockin hard!!! Yeah once you get the song down, it's pretty simple actually. It still remains very fun though. Thanks for the comment DW.

  • your really good, you make it look so easy, when i try and do some of the beatles songs you do, theres aways some bits i cant do haha, do you play these songs from memory or have tabs or something?

  • @cottle95 Thanks very much Cottle! I listen to the drums and play them by ear. I then eventually memorize it and thats how i play it. Thanks for the comment and view!

  • @GBPackers3224

hahaha that's how i play songs on my guitar. i don't like tabs very much. i would do the same thing for drums...if i had a set.

  • It's Cool!! :)

  • Wow, great execution at 1:15! It looks both natural and measured, if that means anything/ makes any sense, although I'd say that you oughta not raise your sticks so high.

  • @mjgamerboy Thanks for the comment! I'll try and work on it.

  • at hello hello part play dat base drum to your far right its da real beat dude

  • @livewarrior967 Yes..... I know hahaha. I did not originally hear the floor tom in the song, so I used the hi-hat to simulate the sound of the marracas.

"A Day in the Life" "Oh Darling" "She Said She Said" "Strawberry Fields Forever"

  • Good cover

  • Awesome!

  • yo how are you recording? do you have a mic or is it the camera?

  • @marlo1204 its the camera

  • a esta chinwo le hace padre!!

  • Great job! :D I think the only comment I have here is this. I'm not sure if you're interested in authenticity and playing what Ringo played, but Ringo played the chorus on the toms. Specifically the floor and T. tom. :) If you want to remain true to the original part, I'd suggest trying that.

Keep up the good work. :) Ringo would be proud.

  • hey man i gotta give u props...u did really well...i'm getting a drum set soon and i'm gonna use this song to learn. Thx

  • what size drumsticks are those? youre really good, the only song i can play is birthday.

  • cool crash is that zildjian?

  • @marlo1204 yep! its a zildjian zbt

  • dude, put some videos up of you playing something, even Rock Band, then your comments can be considered valid or taken seriously.

  • whether you interpret the drum parts on the same parts of the kit is irrelevant if you have the concept, which is the song, which you have & understand. Keep playing & posting.

  • OK yah he used the hi-hat instead of the floor tom, but it still sounds greeat nonetheless. Best cover on youtube, so it doesnt matter if he played a part of the song diffrently, as long as the song sounds accurate and the timing is spot-on. Great cover!

  • Good drumming mate

  • @MrGuitarheroguru Yeah i just wasnt aware of the floor tom being played because at the time, all I heard was the bass drum. I didnt hear the floor tom until i heard the drum track by itself. Thanks for the view man!

  • @MrGuitarheroguru Yes. i know tht now. I substituted the maracas with the hi-hat, but i didnt take account for the floor tom. this was how i was playing it at the time.

  • nice rock on man

  • your bass sounds really good

  • I love your covers xD

  • great cover your single stroke rolls sound really good

  • @DrummaFlo Thanks man! Im glad you like it! yeah they are just quick bursts and they're really fun to pull off. This song is one of my favorite to drum to because of the sweet fills Ringo had.

  • sweet!

  • ur kick pedal is good

  • doode your SOOO good! :] I Love The Beatles!!!!!!!!! Good Work

  • @DCsk8ter1992 Arguably the best band to ever set foot on Earth! Im glad you liked it.

  • Do you like John, because he's my favourite, and would you do some more of his songs? I guess Paul's your favourite though.

  • @MrBeatlesDrummer haha yeah it does seem that way. Actually, im with you on this one. John has always been my favorite Beatle. ive always liked him for his humor and his songwriting abilities (his solo career was great too). I will definitely look into doing more John songs. Thanks for the comment!

  • Great, yeah I agree with you, his humorism and ways were great, as well as his songs. And his solo career was brilliant. I put a song suggestion on your channel. Tomorrow Never Knows, which is an incredible track. Anyway, take no notice from bad comments, on past videos, because I'm 24, in a Beatles tribute band, and most of the stuff you play, is like what I do, so keep it up!

  • @MrBeatlesDrummer Thanks man! Whats the name of your Tribute band? Do you have anything on YouTube? and I'll probably get around to Tomorrow Never Knows at some point.

  • Were called The Beatle Experience. We haven't got anything on youtube, I don't know though I'm sure. Well I am in an ordinary band, where me, and my brother write the songs, but nothing on youtube for that band as well.

  • Were not RAIN: THE BEATLES EXPERIENCE, because I just typed the band name in and it comes up with a popular beatles tribute band. Were big in the club circuit, around England though.

  • George Harrison was easily the best Beatles composer.

  • congratulation

    super cool!!!

  • you will be a star i promise you.you have great feel.

  • Awesome i favorited
