He dies and falls to the right of the door making it so that he is behind palpatine when you first bubble it and then when the second shot shows it from the other side we only see the half of the door mace just went thru, he could very well be behind the wall...

@legoboy5887 If Jedi is killed by a mortal wound his body remains on the physical plane. A Jedi feel the right time to die like Yoda and Obi-Wan did, so that way, your body disappears. This scene the body of the second dead Jedi disappeared for a continuity error of the film's director. Probably!
