I am pretty sure I was at this game. The way I remember it Memphis State was ranked #1 but their best player was hurt. Saturday afternoon in Vegas, I sat way up at the top. UNLV season ticket holder thru the glory yrs but if I had to pick 1 game that was the LOUDEST at the T&M, this one was it! If it is the one I am thinking of......

That's pretty cool! I always considered Jerry Tarkanian's UNLV clubs to be the "Showtime" of the college game from that era.
