  • Hey guys, just letting you know that I have continued to workout and I have gained some size since this video was posted. I now understand that the creatine I was taking was not very great quality and I plan to get some better (purer) creatine from Germany soon. If you would like for me to post more videos and hopefully help some of you out, just let me know. thanks!

  • @drummerdude1411 i have been taking creatine for 3 months now and i have increased muscle tone and defninition and mass but creatine really depends on how your body will react to the supplement, but creatine is also not a miracle worker what you put in is what you get out so work to lose the fat but to answer you directly creatine will not lose fat it will have water retention making u look big"er" try creatine monhydrate from body tech, cheap and its great

  • its workin for you alright. i take creatine too. in one year i packed on 25lbs of muscle from 2010 football season to 2011 football season.

    if you want better results with creatine take it every day and work out at minim 4-5 days a week on a split program. meaning upper one day, lower the next so on and so on. Also eat 6 meals a day full of protein and carbs. pack a couple extra protein filled granola bars and some pasta to school with you.

  • Creative is produced naturally in your body, I may be wrong but I am only 16 u you don't even use creating that often, it is justmaking your body reproduce muslce fibres faster and I think you should only be using this if you get cramps? I could be wrong not sure

  • Big improvement on the shoulders, id suggest a high calorie diet for extra weight gain. As far as the six pack goes set a weight goal for yourself for example say your 6'1" and you want to weight 190. now achieveing your 6 pack would be much easyier but cutting your mass and resulting in that desired definition.

    Also i would recommend creatine capsuls(pills), much easier to take and far more convienent say if your at the gym already.

  • good video, how do you take creatine? did you do a load up phase, and do you drink it with fruit juice or with water?? and do u think cycling it is best?

  • @alekzander93 I took it with pink lemonade powder because I was told that creatine will go into your muscles better with a sugar added. Also, I did do a loading phase and in my opinion, I think it is smart to cycle it.

Went to Gym of just home workout? Did you also take protein shakes? And how old are you and how long have you been working out? A lot of question but the information is necessary to really judge your results

  • Creatine just by it self wont build your muscles really fast..it will give them energy so they can work harder..but if you dont have enough protein in your body..they will grow a bit faster than usual...so mix protein and creatine and a healthy diet ..ull see what happens ;)

    just wanted to mention that older guys will get better results - around age 30 your muscles fully mature and the energy you ingest is no longer used for growing

  • i;ve been taking amplified creatine 189 also from GNC and its had pretty good results you probaly not drinking enough water and you have to be commited to exsercise im a sports junkie and this creatine is great

  • ever since i started takin creatine my bench went from 215 once to hittin 225 three times in a month

  • @HollowWithin001 , it's not. The best results are if you do the gym 4 times a week with 4 series of every exercise and 3 exercises per muscle group. Also, for more results I suggest you to use some gainer or protein powder in combination with creatine. Creatine is just giving u power to lift and it is drawing more water into your muscles, and if youo use gainer or protein powder it will draw them into your muscles in some percentage too. :) So, enjoy it! :D

  • Nice! I had been using that GNC brand of creatine once before, but I saw even better results with Panthera PCS Primal Creatine. Idk, just to let you know if you wanna try that brand. Haha.

  • Gains are good bro! Your arm definitely grew and your overall presence did too. Are you taking this supplement without a workout or with a workout? Did you drink at least nine 8ounce glasses of water a day?

  • @MultiCRUDE Thanks! I worked out 3 times a week for about 40 minutes to an hour. One of the weeks I only worked out twice though. And at first, I didnt drink as much water as I should have, but the last week or two I was drinking water constantly. I think I would have had a bit more of a gain if I would have been drinking water the whole time.
