  • Broccoli heals lungs.Lungs can gets back to normal even if you have smoked for many years.

  • @SakhyaVaikuntha I never knew that, does it prevent or reduce lung cancer mestatsis?

  • @gumdokim Its the magnesium that is the main factor of rebuilting lung capicity and also strehthen lungs by exercise and underwater diving, its for smoker lungs it can take up to 20 years to get them back to normal, for lung-cancer/nymfcancer new studies seems to show that some earth bacteries can kill the cancer cells.

Some made tests where 80% with nymf cancer got cured by gardening 4-5 hours at day.

  • @SakhyaVaikuntha ty for the info tho I dnt have lung cancer, I ws diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Your always afraid of it mestasising onto the lungs.

  • @gumdokim English is not my first language, i dont know about ovarion and mestasising.

Selenium is an antioxidant (scavenger of free-radicals) and a component of several essential enzymes. Health benefits of selenium are partly due to its antioxidant effects. Selenium may delay or prevent the onset of cancer and may also have anti-aging effect. Selenium is also an important mineral needed for proper thyroid function. It also promotes immunity system.

    Garlic have much Selenium.
