  • what a mess

  • @Mudux

    On his head :)

  • @Mudux Wait...this is a joke right???He can't be serious...

  • That bag is conductive on the outside and could ruin your motherboard, never rest your motherboard on the bag, rest it on box it came with instead

  • @MaseratiMC12R It makes no difference what so ever, unless the board is POWERED on. When there's no current it does absolutely nothing. When you turn it on then you'll potentially screw things up, but otherwise it's entirely safe.

  • @TakeoVeRs actually it does, where I live its super dry, especially in the winter, and I get shocked constantly by static discharge. If the mobo is on that bag, static discharge can ruin it. Its the same reason you should ground yourself while installing components, even if its not powered on. If the mobo is not on a conductive surface, there is less chance for static discharge.

  • apply the drop, DO NOT Spread it by hand.. It will not form to the back side of the heatsink, which it turn could leave you with spots that arent ever touching the heat sink.

do not trust the manufacturing standards, they are NOT perfectly flat.

PC tech 25 ytears now.. I dont trust this awefull young looking person NOT using the insertion tool, and just dropping the cpu onto those tiny little pins.. if this is a socket 1154 board you could have just destroyer the motherboard and or cpu..

  • It will overheat

  • did you realy need the paste or whot can happen if you dont do

  • @theboysdk most of the heat will stay inside thew cpu because there's nothing pulling it into the heatsink..

potentially cooking the pc, but it will automatically Halt the system before that.. its a safety measure.

however things llike liquid cooling arent as big a problem because the heatsink is always cold, it will automatically draw heat from the cpu..

But I'd use the paste... $4 isnt worth testing your $300?? dollar cpu.. :-)

  • @theboysdk The paste ensures a full proper seal between the CPU and heatsink. They're not perfectly flat, so the paste fills in the gaps to ensure full contact. It also helps with the thermal conductivity, it'll help draw the heat from the CPU to the heatsink. You can use it without the paste, but it's NOT recommended. If you're OK with buying a replacement (and maybe a new board too) to test it out then go for it lol, otherwise always use paste.

  • You stupid n00b, I do not know how to put the refrigerator, and only look at your hair on the screen -.-""

  • The stock intel coolers suck they never sit well !!

  • is that gigabyte mobo

  • @brenden7797 Yes, you can see the Gigabyte logo at certain points in the video...

  • some cpu coolers come with a thermal pad so thats better

  • a credit card works better as it doesn't bend

  • thank you

  • size of a pee?

    Size of Justin Bieber pee?
