if you dont know your version simply go to settings>system settings>system information it will appear the software version my version is 3.03 oe-c Im thinkin about changing it to 3.50 oe-a whe dark alex releases it

well, first i need to get my psp downgraded, from 3.30 (supposedly impossible, but here, in china, wwhere i temporarly live they said they can do it, im going to go to the shop soon and have em do it for me) than upgrade to 3.3OE-A or get what the chinese have which is 3.4OEAR. but it would be great so i could down load and a save to my computer for the time being, thankyou, would be much apreciated.

if your brother's firmware is 3.03 or less you can downgrade, the firmwares later than 3.03 cannot downgrade so if your brother's psp is 3.03 or less you did it!! you can downgrade and enjoy the benefits!!

unfortunately you can't, the firmware 3.50 has too much security, this makes impossible to run homebrew apps, games, emus. I hope someone releases soon a downgrader for 3.50 to 1.50

right now im using snes9x for my psp. it runs the roms pretty damn slow though. would you suggest something that runs almost or at full speed. nothing's lamer than playing some castlevania V at half speed. (or if you know some settings that will optimize the emu....) Thanks in advance dude.

in the options of the emulator try puttin cpu clock at 333Mhz and try moving the frameskip, for every game its different but with these settings you can optimize the emulator hope this helps!!

how did you do that did you just take project 64 and the ocerian of time file and sended to the memory stick?

there is a program named daedalus, its the same that project but for psp, then you grab the roms into the roms file E:\PSP\GAME150\Daedalus\Roms and run prog, daedalus is only for custom firmware or v1.5 hope this helps
