It's funny you say that it should be more creative. I heard an interview with Delta where she said that she hated the clip of this song. This is because she was doing chemo at the time, and felt horrible, being sick and all. She felt the clip was "fake" and she had to act bright and happy, when she was going through the most dark period of her life (her cancer treatment). Delta likes to have the "real" Delta portrayed in most in her clips, and this one didn't do that.
