I want to go on this ride but I am not sure if its still running. A guy told me he just came back from Disneyland a few days ago and said that matterhorn wasnt working.

@TheShaneWorld18 The bobsleds are currently closed for refurbishments. I heard (though I'm not claiming it to be 100% accurate at this time) that they are changing the ride's seating arrangements on the sleds. I'm not sure when the ride will open again, but you can bet they won't keep this ride closed for too long.

@Charisma82Commentary So I did go on the one you thought would be much more enjoyable and you where right! Except my dad was not so happy because his hat fell off! Loser forgot to take it off! But it was alot of fun especaily when the little drop came haha.

@TheShaneWorld18 Glad you liked it. And did you dad try checking with lost and found at the front of the park? Someone in my group lost a watch once on a ride and they had it up at lost and found later on during our visit.

@Charisma82Commentary Oh...it didn't cross my mind to go check lost and found. Well my dad said he will get a new one so its okay. My mom said she found a whole bunch of other peoples stuff on the side of the ride.

When I was little my parents said that there was a goat on the ride. As I found out it was a Yeti on the ride I screamed "THAT IS NOT A GOAT!"

Thanks for the tip about the two different tracks. I never knew that there was a difference. Last time I went I think i must have taken the right side because it wasn't as fun as I remembered. Now I know to take the left :)

they had to have the basketball court in their because to have a attraction that high up it needed to involve some kind of sports thing. i read an article about this.

*correction* both the tomorrow land and fantasy land rides have the drop your thinking of and are almost identical.

yah and the only difference i saw is that the tomorrowland side takes a little longer to get up to speed.

The reason why the tracks were called Tomorrowland and Fantasyland was because the Matterhorn property was built on the border line of Tomorrowland indicating side A. Side B was built on the Fantasyland side

This is a great idea for videos! you have a lot of knowledge. one tip though from a fellow film maker, work on your presentation. same info but your a little monotone. but other than that you are a very smart girl for thinking of this. keep em coming.

Hey Charisma82, the Basketball court was taken out because of the deterioration of the floorboards when installing Harold 3 last year.
