wasn't really a memorable episode for me. it tried to impose itself, didn't have the natural flow like the rest of the series. plus, it seemed a bit far stretched. very, "meh".
how did you get this up first of all because of copyrights and second of all because of the nudity i made a new account because my shit kept getting put down how did you do it
@goodcoockin you idiot, if you like this video at all, dont say that word and sure as hell take this post down. you really want YouTube to take down this freakin video dont you? i hate their policy on b00bs and when you say the word on the video comments your opening it up for removal. im so surprised it hasnt already been done, its only a matter of time. but long live this video and please, if you got any class, remove that comment. jarkoff. Long live this awesome video!!
@freerunnerJ wow you must really be desperate that you jerk off to this video so much that the thought of it being taken down must make your dick shrivel up like a raisin and what does that comment have to do with class all i asked was how he got it up because my old account kept getting stuff taken down just because it showed a little bit copyrighted stuff so maybe you should take you comment off and i didnt say BOOBS this video has been up since 2009 so youtube must not care...dumbass
i just saw this for the first time tonight after i bought the entire series on dvd. this scene really stuck with me. evidently so considering i come here directly after watching it. fucking crazy show.
Tony is unable to stand up to his father, even in death. He can't bring himself to accept that his father was severely flawed and not the man he wants him to be. His dad screwed him up worse than his mum. Here he is bragging about the woman his dad was seeing, like the bravado of a little boy. Rather than face his niggling emotions he regresses to a child and idolizes his father rather than chastising him.
@VeritasEngine Exactly. Brilliant Scene, very well summarised. I love how he is trying to prove to himself that what he is saying is right but that last fifteen seconds shows all of his vulnerability and pain. Excellent acting
No. It shows his inability to hold his father to account. Throughout this episode he is faced with evidence that perhaps his father badly mistreated his mother, perhaps his father is to blame for his embittered mother and the problems in his own life. His mother is his scapegoat but his father was abusive, neglectful and over bearing. His father ordered Tony to murder someone for the first time, his father brought him into the mafia. Tony is unable to face up to this though...
epic scene! it's almost like they are just 4 friends talking and the maffia-background fades slowly. It's a bit of normality where there is absolutly no normality.
@MrTomJenkins i tell you what its more then that... it shows thet he have love to he is in love in here.. its sycology sence its show that he is in love in his mother

FAVORITE ENDING!!! This episode is fucking perfect. This whole scene but especially 1:12-1:30 encapsulates Tony psychologically brilliantly.
